For this portfolio piece, I audited the software development company OTTOConnect. At the time of this project's completion, I served as the Marketing and Customer Service Representative Assistant to the organization. The OttoConnect Communication Audit takes an extensive view of the organizational values, culture, and communication of the software development company responsible for SurfCast, the paid parking service for six of North Carolina’s beaches. This audit was specifically designed to take an in-depth look at the organization’s internal and external communication to determine the effectiveness, consistency, and inclusiveness of the organization’s communication strategy. The inclusion of the communication audit in my portfolio reflects a turning point in the depth of the work I was completing during my time in the program.
